Two women were found stabbed to death Saturday evening in a Park Slope apartment building that was the scene of a domestic murder-suicide two years ago.

At about 8 p.m. on May 30, officers from the NYPD’s 78th Precinct responded to a 911 call reporting a woman being assaulted at 386 2nd St., between Fifth and Sixth avenues. When officers arrived, they found a 59-year-old woman unconscious and unresponsive with multiple stab wounds throughout her body.

While searching the apartment, officers found a second victim, a 23-year-old woman, also unconscious and unresponsive with stab wounds to her body.

EMS pronounced both women dead at the scene. Their identities are being withheld pending notification of family members.

No arrests have been made, and the investigation remains ongoing.

In January 2024, officers found the bodies of 34-year-old financial adviser Olga Kirshenbaum and her partner, 34-year-old Jason Jackson, a cook, in the same apartment building. Both had suffered gunshot wounds to the head, and a firearm was recovered next to Jackson’s body.

Saturday’s deaths marked the fourth fatal stabbing incident reported in Brooklyn in a week. Police are also investigating a double stabbing inside an East Flatbush apartment building late Friday night that left one man dead and another seriously wounded. Earlier in the week, a man was fatally stabbed following a dispute in Canarsie, and hours later another man was stabbed to death in a separate incident in Sunset Park.
