Disney has filed a lawsuit against Florida Governor DeSantis, amid a dispute concerning the Parental Rights in Education Act, which protects children from inappropriate sexual content at school and other locations including Disney World.
The lawsuit accuses DeSantis of weaponizing government power.
This conflict may hurt Disney’s profits and DeSantis’ potential 2024 presidential run.
