Every animal we catch gets cooked and eaten within 1 week. There are so many lobsters down there. Hitting limits daily and not even putting a dent on the abundance of bugs. We only lobster in a small area for a week out of the year. The keys are slammed with a ridiculous amount of lobster all over the place. If you can’t find them you’re either blind or in a bad spot. Another successful year at the Big Pine Key Fishing Lodge…….great campground, awesome people, the Atlantic and Gulf waters were stacked with fresh food this year.
