I forgot to take a deposit for this cake & customer never picked up 🤷🏻‍♀️

I thinkMany people aren’t understanding what happened. I said I can’t finish it for Monday because I come back on Monday so she could I pick it up on Wednesday. So I messaged on Tuesday asking if she still like to pick up the cake and I got no answer all day. So I decided to just do it a different way and sell it regardless. I don’t understand how people are putting the blame on me, I literally went out of my way to try and help her. I felt bad that she had an hour and a half drive so I told her I’ll wait for the days that you’re local. I didn’t forget her order, I just forgot it in the freezer but I took it out and was able to finish it So that she can pick it up Wednesday.
