Florida State vs. Syracuse: Orange backup quarterback Tommy DeVito came on for an injured Eric Dungey and led Syracuse to 24 second-half points in a 30-7 win over the Seminoles Saturday afternoon at the Carrier Dome. Jamal Custis had a couple huge grabs for ‘Cuse, finishing with 4 catches for 56 yards in the victory. The Orange defense also racked up 4 sacks. FSU quarterback Deondre Francois threw for 178 yards and rushed for the lone Seminoles touchdown in the loss.
