OVERVIEW
The 2021 Legislative Session ended on April 30. A number of significant changes which will impact planning in Florida were passed, including bills related to comprehensive planning, impact fees, affordable housing, transportation planning, seaport regulation, local government preemptions, and provision of broadband internet infrastructure. Most of the changes in the bills will take effect on July 1 2021 although some take effect upon becoming law. This webinar will provide an overview of these legislative changes.

APA Florida is a membership-guided organization, with twelve Sections geographically located around the state. The Executive Committee is made up of twenty-two members, elected by the membership as a whole or by an individual Section, who graciously volunteer their time for a two year period to help APA Florida provide a wide range of services to its members.
