0

This week Ian KO4EFS and Joseph KM4OVZ take you on a Deep Dive into the Bands. We will be discussing the frequency allocations on each band and what it is being used for. We will be including everything outside the Ham Radio Allocations as well. We will be discussing locations of Emergency and Hailing Channels and identify all the different uses for swaths of each band. GMRS, FRS, Marine Band, CB, Commercial Radio, FreeNet, Public Safety, Trunked, and even Aircraft. Discover how to listen and what you will hear! Bring your SDR Dongle and prepare yourself for a Radio Frequency Deep Dive. Then we will take Topics brought by participants. Let the assembled group of specialists get you going… or get you in contact with someone that can… and… We will, of course, have all the latest Ham Radio News, Contest and Magic Band Updates, and Local and Regional Ham Radio Events!
